NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at glow47llc@yahoo.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the item. If the item is in stock, your replacement will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your email confirming your return has been accepted. If the replacement item is not in stock, we will contact you via email to advise you when your replacement will be in stock and ready to ship to you.
Shipping hours: Orders placed by 12pm EST are shipped SAME DAY (business days only). Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Purchases made on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping via USPS Delivery time: 3-5 business days
When your item(s) has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, from which you can check the status of shipment via Usps.com/tracking.
